Who Needs a Staple Hammer and Posters?

We’re going to buy a bunch of staple hammers so that everyone has a good one, but I need a count of how many people will put one to use. This is our last chance in a generation for rapid transit in Seattle, so now is the time to adopt your neighborhood and get the word out.
In the next 24 hours or so, drop us an email or a note in the comments and we’ll make sure a hammer finds it’s way to you.
By the way, the Thursday monorail board meeting is postponed. The meeting is now on Monday at 6 pm.

Yes I would like a stapler. My printer is down at this time. So I would also like some posters

While I was unable to secure an endorsement on the Monorail resolution from the King County Young Democrats (I lost by a tie which meant no endorsement) I would love to help in any way that I can. Get me a staple hammer and I’ll flyer till the cows come home. I got an endless supply of paper and toner so I don’t need posters, but thanks for the offer!!!

Hello,
I live in West Seattle and will be happy to plaster the neighborhoods. I could use a hammer, let me know how to pick one up. Also, I noticed that my printer ink runs in the rain. Do we have posters (or perhaps the monorail people do) that I can pick up that will survive the elements?
Please advise.
Thanks
Tim

Hey Tim,
Inkjets do run in the rain unfortunately, although laser printers do not.
That said, we’re getting a bunch printed up professionally and we’ll have them and staple hammers available next week.

I printed posters at FedexKinkos this weekend and can do some in Southeast Seattle (Rainier Valley) and the U-District in the evenings this week.
